As you can see from the picture below this seasons attire will be manufactured by Puma and sponsored by King Power.
The stylish design got many Foxes followers licking their lips on the shirt their men will be donning next term, that was, however, before all the confusion began.A quick look at the Puma website can find very similar designs to this in the 'training t-shirts' section and in particular the PowerCat 5.10 tee, suggesting that this will be in fact the team training gear.
The City squad start pre-season training at Belvoir Drive today (Monday) which makes the training kit proposal ever more logical.
The pictures from today's pre-season training are likely to solve the mystery as to what this kit will be used for.
Whether its purpose is training wear or not, all City fans seem to unanimously approve of the new design Puma have thrown our way.
We can now confirm that this kit will be the training kit for the 2012/13 campaign. It will be available in the official club shop for £30 Adults, and £25 for children.
Both the home and away kits are expected to be launched later this month.
